H.E.A.R.T. EX version 7.00 and H.E.A.R.T. Online version 7.00 are now released. These updated versions have 58 features/improvements including:

• Updated and converted all reports/printouts.
  
• Added menu option "Merge Clients" to the Admin File menu. Added transaction logging to the "Merge Clients" screen. Logs the merging of the records and optional deletion of the secondary client record.

H.E.A.R.T. Lite Version 4.00 is now released. This updated version now has many new features including:

• The Client screen's Last Address tab now allows the user to enter the Last Date of the Last Address.
  
• On the Client screen, the Medical and Social tabs are now incorporated onto one tab.
  
• All Level 4 Functions now have the ability to change the sort fields. All sort fields can now be selected by the option button at top or by simply clicking on the header of the desired column.
  
• All screens with a grid can be edited by double clicking the desired item on the grid.

H.E.A.R.T. Version 5.01 is now released. This updated version now has many new features including:

• If an employee needs to be deleted from the system, you will be prompted to assign information entered by that employee to another employee. If you chose not to move the information to another employee you cannot delete the employee from the system.
  
• A default length of stay can be chosen in Level 4 > Default Settings. Default is set at 1 day but can be changed up to 365 days.
  
• More than 1 note per day per counselor can be entered in the Case Note tab.

H.E.A.R.T. 3.00.01 - Something good has become better! When H.E.A.R.T. Version 3.00 was released in January of 2002, there were some major improvements. They included improved features like the detailed administrator definable security access parameters, administrator definable client information tabs and fields, plus an additional list of improvements.

For H.E.A.R.T. Version 3.00.01 the changes that have been made will most likely go unnoticed. However, changes were made to make the program much easier to comprehend. Additional labels were added to selected screens to make the function of the screen better understood. Certain fields were widened to allow for better viewing. Some additional triggers were added to some of the security features.

With the introduction of H.E.A.R.T. Version 3.00 came the additional module we call Client/Donor Payment. An optional module that assists in tracking payments, volunteer, free, and grace nights and meals assigned to guests. Now with H.E.A.R.T. Version 3.00.01 a new module is available that is named Locker Module. The Locker Module will assist you in recording locker usage and rental fees.

Overall H.E.A.R.T. Version 3.00.01 is a better tool to help you spend less time keeping those necessary records and give you more time with the people you want to serve. When you spend more time helping people you are fulfilling your mission.

H.E.A.R.T. Lite Version 2 is now available! Even though Lite is the smaller version of the H.E.A.R.T. software, it still has some of the same great robust features.

H.E.A.R.T. Lite now has the capability to attach photos to the client records and also has the powerful segmentation feature. The client photo feature will help you avoid possibly confusing clients and the segmentation feature allows you endless possibilities for your reporting tools.

Another H.E.A.R.T. Lite Version 2 improvement allows the administrator to further define user access to client information. Along with limiting access to men, women, or family records, you may define access to certain segments of the client record.

We are excited to announce the release of H.E.A.R.T. version 3.00. One of the many additions to this expanded version allows the administrator to define the security levels in more detail. Along with the original ability to limit client record access to men, women, and/or Family records, access to particular information may now also be determined.

Some of the new features in H.E.A.R.T. 3.00 include:

• And/Or sorting capability when using the user definable segmentations.
• Administrator definable fields - H.E.A.R.T. has always has administrator definable check boxes and drop-down lists. Now four of the fields, which each have associated drop-down lists, can be renamed.
• Administrator definable tabs - Four of the client information tabs can now be renamed by the Administrator.
• Administrator definable security levels - H.E.A.R.T. always had the ability to define security levels by number and by Men, Women, and Family groups. Now access to particular client information is also definable.
• Administrator definable report access - Now access to particular reports is definable.
• Ability to define if the client's Social Security will or will not print on the reports.
• Right click feature - The user has the option to use the right mouse click while on the bed or meal assignment to edit existing client information or add new client information.

We've recently completed the Download Utility which allows you to control the downloading of some of the files available from our website.

For example:

Assume you want to download the H.E.A.R.T. demo but you only have 15 minutes before you leave for the day and you don't want to leave your computer connected to the internet overnight. With the Download Utility you can start the download, stop it when you leave and resume the download in the morning.
